Our service is designed to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings and experiences with a therapist who understands your unique challenges.

Who Can Access the Service: This service is available to residents who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, non-binary, intersex, asexual, or any other gender or sexual identity under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.

What We Offer:

  • Up to 8 free therapy sessions, each lasting 50 minutes, either online or in-person depending on your preference.
  • Sessions are tailored to meet your needs, using a humanistic approach with elements of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
  • We work within the context of your personal experiences, recognising and supporting individuals with multiple marginalised identities.
  • A thorough screening process, including risk assessments, ensures our service is the right fit for you.
